PivotalPoint OÜ ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Estonia, operates the HellPlate mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Camera & Photos

We request access to your device's camera to capture photos of food. These images are:

• Uploaded to our secure cloud storage (Google Cloud Storage)
• Stored to provide you access to your roast history
• Associated with your anonymous user identifier

1.2 Anonymous Authentication

We use Firebase Anonymous Authentication to create a session. This does not collect personal information such as your name, email, or phone number. A unique anonymous identifier is generated to associate your roasts and credits.

1.3 Roast History & User Data

We store the following in our database:

• Your anonymous user ID
• Credit balance
• Roast history (dish name, score, roast text, timestamp)
• Links to your uploaded food images

1.4 Purchase Information

In-app purchases are processed by:

• Google Play (Android)
• Apple App Store (iOS)

We do not store your payment details. We only receive confirmation of purchase status to credit your account.

1.5 Advertising Data

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.

1.6 Automatically Collected Data

We may collect:

• Device type and operating system version
• App usage statistics
• Crash reports and diagnostics

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the food photo analysis ("roast") service
• To store and display your roast history
• To manage your credit balance
